NATASHA CALIA

Natasha Calia has over 30,000 hours of hands-on practice since beginning her work in 2007 and has invested extensively in professional training over the past 19 years, holding 15 different massage diplomas, four yoga diplomas, and many advanced practitioner accredited trainings in energetic, metaphysic, kinesiology and craniosacral therapy.
Her practice is grounded primarily in therapeutic massage, abdominal sacral and craniosacral work, where skilled, relational touch engages directly with the lived experience held within body tissues. These modalities also inform her listening-based medical intuitive treatments and support refinement, sensitivity, and pacing across all hands-on work.
Her work draws together massage, Craniosacral Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage, yoga teaching, and somatic-based approaches within a calm, listening-led, and embodied framework. Rather than working symptom by symptom, Natasha listens for patterns across the physical, emotional, and energetic body, supporting greater ease, balance, and vitality. A long-standing interest in neuroscience, physiology, psychology, and somatic practice continues to inform the way she works, alongside decades of personal practice and ongoing professional development.
Alongside hands-on therapies, Natasha offers Medical Intuitive Treatment with coaching, shaped through training with multiple practitioners and years of self-directed study. Natasha has always had natural access to clairvoyant, clairaudient, claircognitive, and clairsentient perception. Earlier in life, these abilities were largely held in the background, without a clear or safe framework for use. Through personal maturation, life transitions, and the deepening of her professional practice these perceptual skills are now integrated in a measured, embodied, trauma informed and ethical way, supporting insight and self-awareness while remaining firmly client-led.
Areas of practice include abdominal sacral massage and abdominal sacral womb massage, clinical and medical massage (with optional medical acupuncture and osteopathic articulation techniques), relaxation massage incorporating aromatherapy, Indian Head, Thai techniques, and hot stones, alongside Craniosacral Therapy and Lymphatic Drainage. Natasha also offers Medical Intuitive Treatment and Coaching, as well as group and individual therapeutic yoga sessions.
In addition to clinical practice, Natasha offers aromatherapy workshops and mini retreats, labour and pregnancy massage workshops, and teaches a three-day Accredited Abdominal Sacral Massage Training Diploma for qualified therapists as postgraduate professional development.
Across all her work, Natasha’s focus is on skilled, attuned therapeutic touch, supporting ease, presence, and embodiment, and creating space for clients to reconnect with their own internal rhythms in a way that feels grounded, respectful, and sustainable.
